Ever since my father put an old manual Pentax into my hand at the age of 12, I have been passionate about taking photographs. Having spent a fantastic 6 years with the Army, in the Light Dragoons, I left to follow a more creative path.
Immediately following the Army I undertook a stint in a conventional job (Recruitment Consultant) and a not so conventional job (Security Manager for an oil company in Sudan) in order to raise the money to buy my range of cameras and equipment. I then took the bold move of following my heart and made photography my profession.
I live in Gloucestershire with my spaniel, Pemba and enjoy life to the full. My other passions are cricket (I play for The Stragglers of Asia) motorbikes, reading, Bob Dylan and epic adventures.
